We had a very special delivery today:
A 9-pack of individual cheesecakes from our favorite little shop in Seattle — The Confectional. It’s a hidden little gem at Pike Place Market, many locals don’t even know about it.
If you come visit Seattle, this is one place we’ll make sure and take you to. During the summer, we would stop by a couple times a month and pick out a little treat (or two) to take home and enjoy. We came to our senses and realized that wasn’t too good for our health, so we’ve cut back a bit and only go when guests are here or they have a special seasonal flavor.
